This is our first time with Holiday Inn, usually we always use Hilton. But I must say I am impressed with the facilities especially the customer service! Kat, the one in frontdesk made sure to meet my family needs. Smile and greets right away! The people in breakfast area are always helpful and courteous. Thank you Kat! beautiful inside and out. We will come back for sure.

Rooms and price were fine. Elevator being out of service for "over a week" was completely unacceptable. The building is certainly not up to the standards of a holiday Inn express. What's more, how can you call it an "airport hotel"? It's only somewhat proximal to the airport.

Elevator was out of service and we weren’t told in advance. Room was on the third floor and walking up the stairs was difficult due to a medical condition. Would have changed hotels had we been notified ahead of time. Will not book this hotel again.
