Did not like that only one elevator working, and other was extremely slow, quicker to take the stairs to the 5th floor then wait for the elevator. Otherwise the place is great and will definitely stay again.

Parking was difficult as the hotel was way overcrowded with guests, could only get in the hot tub one night. There was only one very slow elevator in use, the other one was broken apparently for 2 months. Overall I would not stay there again. We could have stayed at a less expensive hotel because this one was definately was not worth it.

All staff members were very helpful and knowledgable about the property and procedures. Very clean place to stay for a fee nights with good room service. The elevator, although functioning is very slow and sometimes gets stuck for a few minutes in between floors.
