We are not from Calgary, and are not used to the dry air. The air in the hotel was horrendously dry. I requested a humidifier, but they don't carry them. We had a hard time sleeping because of how dry the air is, so I ended up running the shower on hot for a while to bring humidity into the room - it was the only way we could sleep. If you could offer humidifiers in the room, our stay would have been wonderful.

Everything was great! The water pressure in the shower was not so great but I don't know if that could be helped. Other than that, i really enjoyed my stay. The bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious.

I requested a bath room upon check in when I went into my room there was no plug and the shower tap came off so I never got to have the bath I wanted . When I reported it in the morning during check out . The person at the desk could care less .
