Although the property was very cheap, I guess you get what you pay for the building is extremely rundown and not very whelming maintained. The carpets are stained and it’s just old and falling apart. Definitely needs some renovations. The staff at the front was nice but when I called yesterday, they put me on hold for 15 minutes while they took another phone call and it sounded personal so I hung up and made the reservation online

Welcome to Carney Trump economics. Drive up indirect costs and taxes so operators can't provide basic maintenance and still offer service at a reasonable price. It is obscence that a reasonably maintained clean safe room for a night has to he $500. It should be $100 all in with a reasonable profit for the owners. This would have been a $30 room not that long ago. This room had a stench of stale smoke that requires everything to be changed out, beds, carpet, paint etc.

Great value for the price. Pool was fun. Room was clean and spacious. Cable TV. However we found the beds very uncomfortable and hard and had lots of back pain the next days.

Lady at the front desk was rude when we simply asked where to find our room. Room was in horrible condition. Stains everywhere, chairs were ripped, and the cleaning service needs to be more extensive in their cleaning of the rooms - THEY LEFT A CONDOM WRAPPER ON THE FLOOR BY THE BED! I was absolutely disgusted. First and last time we will ever be staying there.

It was very old, filthy walls, bathroom door did not close well or lock, nasty carpet, shower surround ripping off the wall. The sign still says Ramada on the building, just a little information sign says it is now "Metro". Room door did not have locking latch - felt very unsafe. Keys didn't work well. I asked to re-set my keys, they did not ask for ID - again felt unsafe. Daughter was able to get a room key, again without ID. Anyone could have done the same. Stay away, this building should be condemned.

It was a terrible place, and we ended up leaving. Dirty, everything was broken, the doors looked like they had been kicked in. I had to clean the bathroom and the sheets didn’t look clean

Never have I ever been so disappointed! There were dirty clothes under the bed, dirt and crumbs all over the floor, dirty hair and gunk all over the tub and blood in the curtains. The windows wouldn’t lock so as a female I felt unsafe. The shower faucet wouldn’t turn off and after several phone calls trying to get a hold of someone, they told me they couldn’t fix it and I would have to sleep with the faucet running all night. Safe to say, I paid $140+ to not sleep, possibly catch bedbugs, and be exhausted for my flight. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

This was a horrible experience. The building should be condemned. Faucets are held to the wall with duct tape. Cockroaches were found in one room. The hallways smelled of feces. Card locks never worked. Everytimrvyou wanted to get back into your room, you had to go back to the front desk to get a new card. They are charging people for sheets that were already stained. I have yet to receive my damage deposit. They charged another family $75 for previously stained sheets. The clerk told her that she should have stripped the bed to see if there were previous stains and report it to the front desk immediately after arriving. This place is a scam.
