Amazing welcome, fast and friendly check in after an easy parking process. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. Each room is well appointed ( fridge and microwave ) and very comfortable. Bathroom very nice with hot power shower. Food at the downstairs restaurant superb too.

Paid a little extra for a king bed and sofa room. Was surprised that the fan in the bathroom didn't work at all. TV guide didn't work, half the channels didn't work, no PPV options. Fire alarm went off on one of the days we were there. We also didn't notice until it was obviously too late, but you have to put up a door hanger sign saying you want your room refreshed (fresh towels, bed made, garbages taken out, ect.) mostly because the door hanger wasn't placed on the back of the door, were the do not disturb sign is. For the price, go somewhere else.

Location of this hotel is pretty bad. They claim its a 4 star hotel but from the condition/looks of it, it looks nothing more than a 2.5 star hotel. The area where this hotel is located has "crac*****s" and homeless people everywhere, often wandering in to the lobby area causing a concern for safety. I was pretty disappointed in the service as well because my room was cleaned basically once during my 4 day stay.

My stay was very nearly a disaster the card i brought for my se urity depoait ended up not being accepted and it was late at night when i got in, luckily the attendant on duty was incredibly nice and very helpful she allowed me to pay my security deposit an alternative way and kept me from sleeping on the streets. I would definitely recommend this hotel its very nice to stay at and the staff are super helpful

The staff seemed rather unfriendly, which made the check-in experience less welcoming. The air conditioning in the room was on auto and kept turning on and off, making it uncomfortable to settle in. Additionally, the gym and pool facilities were not well explained, and there was no guidance on how to find the toilets. Overall, the service didn’t feel very welcoming or helpful.

My partner and I stayed here while we visited Banff. The hotel looked very nice and clean and the room was very comfortable. The staff helped me propose to my now fiancée by preparing the room with flower pedals and electric candles. I’ll never forget that night. I wish I could’ve thanked each one personally for making that night one of the most memorable ones if my life. They all deserve raises!
