Not enough sun beds. Guests were leaving towels for many hours without using the beds. Reception encouraged vigilante action by guests by tellingly them to ignore the towels and use whatever beds you like. It was mayhem. I left two days early.

Dear Sir, Guests are not encouraged to "invade other guests space or to occupy their sunbeds" this was an isolated incident due to an altercation with other guests as the reserved sunbeds which were left unused were occupied by other guests. This is an unfortunate incident and is the reason behind the 1 star commentary and use of "vigilante culture". An immediate alternative was sought by myself personally once we were made aware of the issue and sunbeds were provided. Regards, Chloé Binham

Hotel was very nice, but they messed up our check in. They couldn't find my booking and one member of staff took my mobile phone with lots of personal information on away from me for 5 minutes into a back room to try to sort things out. They then gave us a room upgrade for the mistake which initially tried to charge us for, then eventually gave it for free, However when we got to the room and walked in, another guest was already staying there! Eventually we got a new room, but the whole process took around half an hour. After that, our stay was good.

Hotel very dated , poor Luke warm food for buffet. Extortionate charge for spa more 3 star than 5 Staff seem disengaged with guests and unhappy

Hesperia is a beautiful hotel will every amenity you could ever need. We went for a b&b option and a standard room. I was a little disappointed at the room and would go for superior next time. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Food and beverages expensive and the spa was also costly but booked out. Pools were fab and breakfast was amazing. Had a great stay and would definitely return to the Hesperia.

Exc hotel

Basically a good large hotel.. Pleasant and gen quiet. O ly criticism is the wi fi. Very frustrating..
