The property is old and dated, upon check in we were given a room on the sixth floor to find that they dont have a lift. So you can imagine the strain of taking the bags up. Not suitable for older guests so be warned as no help was offered. When we arrived at the room it was filthy, the room was falling apart and the balcony door didnt have a lock. The curtains were full of mold and the plates and glasses were covered in dirt. We went straight down to the reception to be told nothing we can do come back tomorrow. Well that didnt go down at all so we sat in the reception giving them two options, either money back or a new room. They sent a cleaner and a handy man up to the room with the wife, i stayed down in reception. They agreed the room was unaccepatable after so initial push back. After an hour they magically found another room for us to stay in. It was basic but clean so we carried on our stay however we refused to use any of the facilities. So be warned its cheap but you can find better. . We also have pics of the original room if this review is challenged.

Appartement is very old, everything is very very old and broken, at least need paint. Dirty , specially curtains and sofa.

The hotel was very tired and in need of repairs. No kettle in the room. Pool bar toasties were very poor. Had to ask for terrace chairs. Bottom drawer of bedside drawers was broken. Maid service was good.

Nice enough hotel could do with an upgrade

Pros: Situated near to harbour, bars etc.

Cons: Hotel could do with facelift, mostly cosmetic.

Location: Location was very pretty with plenty to do and a pleasant walk to the nearest beach.

Hotel could do with a facelift. Pleasant staff. Clean an comfy room. Plenty of steps up to room, may not suit older guests. Brilliant view over harbour.

Pros: The room clean, and staff so helpful.

Location: The location is near everything you would need to have a good holiday.

The hotel was lovely but there where a lot of steps. Staff very friendly,and helpfull.room very clean .Thi y is in the old town and a lot of hills ,had a wonderful holiday .

Run down with 5 Flights of Stairs to scale

Pros: Located well for town visits

Cons: Almost everything in the hotel

Location: Close to multiple restaurants and bars

Hotel was dated, run down and all three rooms booked smelt. Ceiling fan shook to the extent we were afraid to put on despite being extremely hot for fear someone would be decapitated. Additionally had 5 flights of stairs to climb with no lift available and as one of our party was 70 years old was very difficult to reach rooms.

flee ridden

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Modernised and ac putting in

Location: Near the harbour. Plenty of Irish Bars and snorkling. Sea Taxi to next town.

Bought the all inclusive package on arrival £259. The drinks were local so many of the brands on show weren't included. The food was extreemly basic. The room seemed ok on arrival. However, when I turned the hot water on for a bath it came out yellow. The beds were ok. If self catering everything is provided including iron and ironing board. The general area was dirty. Our room had bedding thrown over the balcony in blue plastic bags by the cleaner from the rooms above. This was done daily but not always collected. I would recommend the hotel for stag doo's and hen parties. Won't be going again.

Close to the old town

Good fun holiday. Hotel a bit tired and dated but fine. Good value for money.

Nice hotel near beach and old and new town very ni

Very nice hotel could do with bit up dateing only thing didn't like was all the stairs to clime as was at the top
