The hotel boasts a great beachfront location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. There was daily room service. I felt the room was dated and requires a repaint. The meals are buffet style with great choice and plenty of food. There is plenty of onsite facilities i.e. spa, gym, nightly entertainment.

Nice spa and room

Booked to take my wife on a trip for her birthday I booked room and spa plus breakfast. Room nice clean no English channels at all. Went for breakfast to have a cooked breakfast to found the food was not cooked so we had bread like everyone else around. The best part of the hotel is deffo the spa 👍 so overall rate I give out of ten is 6 and a half

Great hotel & staff

Pros: We enjoyed or time there and our experience
Cons: Change bed sheets more regular and provide an iron instead of making you hire it for the week when we were only there for 5 days.
Location: Location was lovely but a little close to the airport but we were aware when we booked so new what to expect with ocational noise from the planes.
Me and my wife had a Great Holiday and was pleasantly surprised at how big the hotel was and how much tree was to do activity wise. The entertainment staff were amazing especially the daytime staff that held the classes by the pool throughout the day. The spa was great and would use this hotel again for sure!

Pros: nice big rooms.
Location: Few shops and bars close by. Lovely walk along the prom.
Lovely hotel, very big. 5 euros in a taxi to peurto del carmen but quite a few shops and bars near by.

Great location don't stay all-inclusive if you want to get to know the island

We love the location of this hotel, on the promenade at Matagorda so easy and safe to cycle into Arrecife or Puerto del Carmen, as it is traffic free. Two great pools, only one heated, but not a problem. Spacious rooms, good range of food available on breakfast buffet, although they served the best orange juice at the patio restaurant. Sadly they charge extra for use of the safe, fridge and wi-fi. Easy to budget if you are a family on an all-inclusive deal, but you don't get to see or feel the island, and there were always queues for food or drink at the pool bar.

Lovely holiday!

Just come back from a weeks holiday at beginning of September. Positives: good quality, lots of variety and big quantity of food, no need to eat out. Lovely room, we stayed in a junior suite, room 3046, spacious, had a lovely part view of the sea. Very clean and well kept hotel. Entertainment for both young and old, the usual holiday entertainment, the animation team worked very hard. Spa facility was a great experience and value for money. Shops near by. Beach a short walk away. Plenty of sun loungers although we went out of school holidays. Large enough swimming pools, kept very clean. Although it was good that the pools were salt water and this is good, it can also sting the eyes a bit so be careful. Negatives: Beds quite hard. The airport close and although bearable you do hear every plane coming in and out of the airport. The soft drinks very often had no fizz in them. Puerto Del Carmen town was not walkable distance. Having said that we had a lovely holiday, and would return. One thing the hotel did do was put a bottle of bubbly, a plate of fruit and a lovely card in my room on my birthday, it was a lovely touch, and totally unexpected.
