Pleasant looking hotel, nice pool (immaculate) and modern, bright rooms with good facilities and nice bathrooms, all seemed newly renovated. good check in process, nice staff on reception and a welcome drink. Pleasant bar area and good service, drinks were reasonably priced as well. Breakfast was good quality with reasonable choice. Excellent location near a number of good restaurants, bars and the beach. Room was clean overall, but the floor seemed a bit dirty. Only other gripe was one time we ate lunch in the hotel, and when paying on card, after i entered my PIN, the waiter pressed the button and converted the payment into sterling instead of euros, without asking me, which basically meant I was overcharged.

Lovely apartment with really nice pool and chill out areas. However they badly need to look at logistics- we were in an apartment at the very end of the complex so we had to come right up the hill to reception to walk back down 4 flights of stairs to get to our apt. Side gate always kept locked, surely they could give a key/passcode to guests staying near this gate. Also paid extra for a sea view room and emailed them prior to make sure that’s what I got. The apartment we got had a view of a blank wall sharing with 3 other apartments and a small view of the beach. Didn’t bother arguing with them as we arrived 4 hours prior to check in and just wanted to get showered and changed at this stage. Also staff not too inclined to want to help with luggage. Hope this isn’t the case with older guests.

Pro_ Newly renovated property.Cons_ Lots of steps down to apartments with no lift. Bar closes at 8pm. No enterainment.

We couldn't fault our experience with our accommodation. Excellent location, spotlessly clean, staff were very good, kind, courteous and discreet. It is located just off the strip but extremely quiet at night. We would definitely return.
