I had a very comfortable stay and it was very convenient. I like that there was a bit of a strip mall across the parking lot, but I wish there were better stores, but that's not on the hotel! It was very convenient near highways and other shopping areas. My room did not have tech outlets for charging phones so that would have been nice. There were plugs if you brought a plug with an attachment, which I had one but the only plug was not very convenient. The breakfast was awesome, the pool was great, and all of the employees were very friendly. I would stay here again. There was a water slide, but I didn't use it...

Stayed for two seperate nights over the Holidays Dec23-24 then Dec 27-28. Different rooms but same comfort concern, the rioms were too hot! Turned thermostat off and room was still unbearable, had to keep the window open for the entire stay. Second room, the bathroom was a bit dingy, esp. around the toilet, look like algea growning it. Over all, they were good stays, staff is excellent!

We were disappointed there were not buffet open for dinner or breakfast. Our room wasn't very updated, the ironing board in the room was broken and all the padding was making a mess all over the floor when we tried to use it.

The staff at the little pub was outstanding. The pool area was clean, but there was broken tiles on the hot tub. The heaters and fans in the room were super loud and annoying. The staff is great , but the hotel is dated and the facilities are in need of some TLC. The rooms smelled stale and even though it was a smoking room 20 years ago, it still kinda stinks. I think we paid more than usual because it’s the holiday season, but I thought it would be a little nicer for that price point. It’s also on Ogden road , right in the industrial area of south east Calgary, so you won’t see any post card mountain views. There’s a weed store , liquor store and rub and tug right there if you’re a scum bag.
