Ordering coffee or omelettes at breakfast took ages. parts of the room had dust.
Got to Venice early and walked to hotel from bus depot, as we had 5 hours to kill before we could get into the room. Thought we would ask if we could leave our cases and go for a walk, but the room was ready and they let us in. Fantastic room, double comfortable beds, overlooking the side of the ...
Hotel is in a great location both for seeing the sights and for transport. Staff are very friendly. The only minor issue is that the shower may be too small for some people.
Empfehlenswert!
Couldn't fault it. Location brilliant- didn't want to stay at town centre-not too from airport or town centre. Customer service very good. Will recommend anytime.

The only real problem we had was that the mattress rolled into the middle. Other than that we had a great time here.

The times were very restricted, only between 3-6pm.when we did get up there at 5pm, it had ...
The duplex room was very spacious for a family of four. Lovely and clean. Towels were changed each day and beds made. coffee sachets and milk also replenished each day. I was particularly impressed with the electric opening Velux windows with blinds in the ceiling. They let a lot of light into the ...
