Ac didn’t work great on our room and shower water didn’t get hot or even warm.. it’s in a great area centrally located. Heads up no elevator thank goodness my husband is able bodied and dragged all our luggage up several flights of stairs.. breakfast was good

Was a lovely property with so much history. Excellent location. Breakfast was great and service good. The stairs were a lot at the end of a big day of walking and carrying heavy suitcases up and down was challenging. Bed comfy and room spacious.

This place is right in the center of town!! A little hard to find but this is venice lol. Rooms are clean. Reception staff is very nice. They will help you with everything. Breakfast is very good. I would stay there again no problem at all. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!!

Excellent property, was travelling with 3 girls stress free location 2 minute walk from drop off of the vaporetto dock, walking distance to everything so central and super safe. The hotel was amazing the staff was super kind and friendly made us feel so welcome , the room was very clean spotless, comfortable beds , very good AC . The breakfast was awesome a variety of everything very fresh, the staff prepared us every morning a really good cappuccino with a smile. Definitely will come back to this hotel on our next visit everything was above and beyond.

Friendly hotel

Breakfast was great. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to water taxi stop and farmers market. Some of the rooms have shared bathrooms which I didn’t realize. Bathrooms were kept clean.

The staff was super helpful and nice. The rooms were a good size, spacious, and clean. Breakfast was very good. The only thing I did not like is that you have to go up two flights of stairs with your luggage. No elevator.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Our room was comfortable, air-conditioned and clean. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. The price was extremely reasonable! One quick note: If you are coming from the train station, you will need to take the water taxi and go over the Rialto bridge on foot, which does not have a ramp. You must carry your luggage up and over the stairs. The Hotel does not have an elevator, so you must carry your luggage up at least one flight of stairs to get to reception and further up if you have a room upstairs. This was not a big problem for us, but just a warning for anyone that is bringing lots of luggage or can't lift and carry their own suitcases.

Beautiful hotel.

Hotel Guerrato had a lot of great qualities. Friendly attentive customer service. We had to contact them before our arrival. We had problems with our flight booking and had to rebook on a different airline. Unique antique furniture, nicely decorated w beautiful murano lighting chandeliers. Our rate included breakfast buffet. A lot of choices at breakfast. They gave great instructions to get to hotel from the train station. Very easy to take public water taxi to hotel. Not as easy/fast to get to airport. Water taxi to bus stop. Then bus to airport. Give yourself an hour. Air conditioning worked great and cooled the room quickly once you returned to the hotel. That is appreciated in the hot summer temps. A couple cons to consider. No mini fridge in room. They didn’t have room for my husband’s almond wraps in staff fridge. For travelers w dietary restrictions or medicines that need refrigeration. This may be a problem. NO ELEVATOR. So keep your luggage light. Pressure in shower could be better. I wasn’t going to try to wash my thick hair, opted to wait till next city.
