The shower has no shampoo dispenser, the shower door doesn't close properly, the air conditioning thermostat is broken, the building is very close and the room is dark. There's a hole in the ceiling.
Best location. Right next to Rialto bridge major shopping and restaurants. Room upgraded was still super small. Like cruise ship small. Needs some updating but clean. Breakfast included was good.
The Rialto bridge view from our room was incredible! The day/night view was spectacular. The area is busy but that is a given since a Rialto is one of Venice highlights. The location is great as you can literally walk everywhere from here. Will highly recommend it!
My family and I felt like royalty in this hotel! The staff was excellent. Very helpful with all our questions such as directions to/ from a site. Etc. They helped with our luggage to our room and watched it for us on the day we left, so we could have breakfast.
Even though the restaurant is not associated with your hotel. Rest assured because they too were excellent the food, the staff. Etc. This only helps spread the goodness of the Name Hotel Rialto. Hope to see you in the future!
Great stay at the Rialto in Venice.
Helpful, friendly staff, and a really good choice of breakfast.
Room was very clean and spacious.
Beautiful views from the roof terrace.
Hotel is in an excellent location, you can walk everywhere and water transport right outside the hotel.
This place is amazing. The location is truly everything. You are right next to the Rialto bridge with beautiful views from our room of the Grand Canal. The staff was extremely helpful, always willingly providing recommendations and helping with luggage. Breakfast included eggs, not just croissants and the seating was right on the sidewalk by the water. St. Marks Basilica and Doge Palace were only a 10 minute walk through the Venetian streets where you can do some shopping along the way and get a little lost. The air conditioning was perfect and we left the windows open at night for the cool breeze. The terrace was a great nightly option, bring your drink and snack just relax and watch the hustle and bustle below. Highly recommend this place.
I stayed one night but had a good experience at the hotel, breakfast included. It is right in front of the famous Ponte di rialto bridge and water taxi boats, so keep in mind the street is a bit noisy at night. Walkable distance to Saint mark church and plaza. Grab a spritz to go and explore!
The room was small but very comfortable. I had a view of nothing but that was ok because I was not in the room except to sleep. The staff was fantastic. And the location was great, literally right next to the Rialto Bridge and a major vaporetto station.
Great location, private dock to allow for easy transport to/from Airport and train station. Had an issue with our water taxi (day of leaving) and the staff made a call and we were back on track, definitely recommend.
