I wouldn't rate this hotel as a 4-star hotel, more like 3.5. They didn't provide basic amenities like a shower cap or q-tips in the washroom. It was fine, room was small, not the cleanest, but staff was friendly.

Even though I booked this hotel with breakfast included, as it was advertised, IT was not free. 4 people for 2 days breakfasts cost an extra $260+.... on top of the hotel charges - that were paid in US dollars, for whatever reasons.
