Place is nowhere newr the Westin Hotels I have stayed in the past. Needs a upgrade, paint, furniture, wallpaper and upgrade to modern day design. Owners needs to spend some $$$$ for the prices they charge

When I booked I indicated that we needed a cot. My booking was accepted without question. When I checked in, I confirmed that we required a cot and was told it was already set up. When we got to our room there was no cot. I called the front desk and was then told that the room I booked couldn't accomodate a cot. After 20-30mins of back and forth, the front desk informed me that they could upgrade my family to a suite that would accomodate the cot. The suite was lovely and much more space. I'm not sure how it took so long to realize there was an issue with putting a cot in the room we originally booked, but I very much appreciate the solution that the hotel staff was able to provide. The rest of our stay was great.
