Completely renovated apartment with two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully furnished American kitchen, living room and a large terrace ideal for sharing and sunbathing.
Views of the sea and the pool of the building. The apartment has air conditioning / heating located in the living room.

A few kilometers away there are important leisure attractions such as: TERRA MITICA, AQUALANDIA, TERRANATURA, MUNDOMAR, BENIDORM PALACE… In our office we also sell discount tickets to these parks.


In July and August street parking is paid, but the rest of the year it is free. About 100 meters away, leaving the portal to the right, is the bus stop to go to the center or to take a tour and see all the points of Calpe. The bus can leave the traveler at the train stop so that they can visit the nearby towns without taking the car and enjoying spectacular views from the train.
