Newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment on the 1st line of La Fossa beach with a bathroom, air conditioning, 3 community pools. Views of the sea and the Peñon de Ifach. Close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants...
There is also a multi-adventure school nearby with many activities such as diving, kayaking, snorkeling...

A few kilometers away there are important leisure attractions such as: TERRA MITICA, AQUALANDIA, TERRANATURA, MUNDOMAR, BENIDORM PALACE… In our office we also sell discount tickets to these parks.


In July and August street parking is paid, but the rest of the year it is free. In front of the portal, there is the bus stop to go to the center or to take a tour and see all the points of Calpe. The bus can leave the traveler at the train stop so that they can visit the nearby towns without taking the car and enjoying spectacular views from the train.
