Una planta 13 con dos ascensores que cumplieron bien, no había demasiada ocupación, la limpieza era muy mejorable y el estado de conservación muy justo, si está bien equipado, aunque como digo necesitado de mantenimiento. Buen garaje. La piscina, sin hamacas, con mucho viento que la hace desagradable por las tardes. Compensa en parte el buen trato de Raúl y Hanna. Los precios de Calpe se han disparado y también hace ser más exigente con lo que se recibe.

El apartamento es grande, la ubicación es excelente y una de sus terrazas es muy buena, por su tamaño y sus vistas al mar, todo fue bien, salvo por la cama de matrimonio que es de 1.35 y el somier y colchón no se encuentran en buen estado.
