Un Apartamento que reúne todas las condiciones para pasar unas Vacaciones muy agradable , muy limpio frente al mar la única pega por decir algo que le faltaba la rejilla del horno y faltaba jabón y gel de baño por lo demás todo muy bien

Très bon séjour

Appartement et résidence très propres. Il y a tout ce qui faut pour vivre bien dans cet appartement ( pas de clim mais prévu sur le contrat ). Seul bémol pas de WIFI alors qu'elle est prévue sur le contrat ( pas de box présente donc aucune connexion trouvée et ainsi les codes donnés ne servent à rien). Faire réparer la fenêtre d'une des salle de bains qui se trouve bloquée en position fermée.

Ruhig und dennoch mittendrin

Eine Wohnung mit viel Geschirr, viel Gläsern und Töpfen, so das die Spülmaschiene auch mal erst nach 2 Tagen angestellt werden mußte. Das Haus war nicht hellhörig. Der Strand und die Geschäfte schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von der Strandpromenade hat man kaum etwas gehört. Oft nur die Wellen vom Meer!

verouderd meubilair - geen airco - tuinstoelen op terras aan vervanging toe enkele zitvlakken gescheurd met kans op ongevallen - - pannen in de keuken DRINGEND aan vervanging toe (zodanig versleten dat je er niks kan in bakken) alle glazen, borden, bestek enz moeten afwassen voor te gebruiken - stinkende kasten - matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe - NIET TEVREDEN Bij overhandigen van de sleutel maar één set sleutels gekregen met twee koppels was dat zeer vervelend - de maandag na de middag is

Très bonne semaine

Nous avons passé une semaine dans l'appartement Topacio I , le séjour c'est très bien passé car proximité de la plage + de la piscine en fait ces atouts. De plus il y a une place de parking. La plage de sable est très bien si on a des enfants petits. L'appartement est très bien, il est traversant avec 2 terrasses énormes. Il y a juste 2 points négatifs les bruits des couloirs qui s'entendent et le matelas du lit double à changer obligatoire. Mais l'année prochaine je le réserverai de nouveau.

Apartamento grande y limpio a pie de playa

El apartamento está muy bien, amplio y limpio, con 2 habitaciones, 2 baños y 2 terrazas. Cocina bien equipada con muchos utensilios aunque con cocina de gas en vez de vitro. En la terraza del salón da el sol a mediodía y no se puede utilizar el toldo porque esta candado. No conseguimos conectarnos al wifi. La televisión no tiene canales españoles. Sofá incomodo. Urbanización tranquila. Con aparcamiento. Salida directa al paseo marítimo. El agua de la piscina bastante fría por el sol de mañana
