The accommodation is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop (L1, L2, and L3), which connects you to Arenal and Fossa beaches. It is also a 7-minute walk from the bus station and 13 minutes from the train station.
For parking, you can park around the building if there is space available, and there is a free public parking lot a 4-minute walk away where spots are usually available.
