Buenavista is a modern and elegant villa located in the El Tosal urbanization on the outskirts of the town of Calpe, 2 km from the beach of Puerto Blanco. Calpe is a perfect place for families with wide beaches, shops, bars, restaurants, water sports and hiking trails. A tourist center in the middle of the Costa Blanca, known worldwide. The Altea Hill Golf Course is located 10 km from the villa.
The advantageous elevated position of the Buenavista villa provides us with beautiful views of the sea and the coast from its terrace and pool, with sun loungers surrounding the large private pool and barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor life. From the street, some external stairs take us up to the pool terrace, from where you can access the interior. The entire house is on one floor. We enter the hall, which leads to the spacious living room, with SAT+TV+A/C, a very bright dining room with A/C and beautiful views.
A kitchen open to the living room and dining room, fully equipped. There are three bedrooms, two doubles and one with two single beds, all three with A/C, as well as two bathrooms with shower.
