Villa Clara is a comfortable villa located in the residential area of “Carrio” in Calpe. It is a perfect retreat for both families and couples. Just a couple of minutes by car we find the famous beaches of Levante and Arenal with their two promenades. It is advisable to use a car as it will allow you to explore the charming area in more detail. A 5-minute drive away, we also find the center of Calpe, one of the points of interest on the Costa Blanca where there is a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops, water sports and a marina.
The villa offers a large outdoor area with the possibility of parking 2 cars. Next to it is the private pool with sun loungers, an outdoor dining area and a barbecue, all surrounded by a garden full of orange and lemon trees. From the Parking, stairs go up to a glass veranda, where we can enjoy views of the pool and garden.
All open to the living-dining room with Sat+TV in a very peculiar Mediterranean style. A well-equipped kitchen in traditional style. There is 1 double bedroom with A/C and another with a double bed and fan, both share a shower and a toilet room. It is a small but charming villa, ideal for enjoying the sun of the Costa Blanca.
