Casa Daniela is a charming holiday villa on the beautiful coast of Calpe, Costa Blanca. This home for 6 persons offers an ideal blend of comfort and convenience. Located just a minute's stroll from the nearest restaurants, allowing you to savor local cuisine with ease. A short 10-minute walk will bring you to the stunning sea and vibrant boulevard of Calpe, where you can enjoy the beach, shops, and lively atmosphere.



The highlight of Casa Daniela is undoubtedly its outdoor area. Relax and unwind in the private pool, measuring an impressive 13 x 3.5 meters. Surrounding the pool, you'll find sun loungers perfect for soaking up the Spanish sun. For outdoor dining and entertaining, there's a gas BBQ, dining table and a covered kitchen, ensuring you can enjoy meals al fresco. Additionally, a guest toilet is conveniently located outside.



Upstairs, the main living area is designed with both relaxation and socializing. Step onto the covered terrace, furnished with a dining table, where you can enjoy meals with a view. Inside, the open-plan living area features two comfortable sofas, a TV, air conditioning, and another dining table, creating a welcoming space for gathering. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need, including a fridge, freezer, oven, cooking hob, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine.



The upper level also includes two bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a double bed, air conditioning, and a wardrobe, providing a restful retreat. The second bedroom is cozy with a small double bed and wardrobe. A contemporary bathroom serves this floor, equipped with a shower, two sinks, and a toilet.



For added privacy, the downstairs studio is a fantastic feature. This self-contained area includes a living space with a sofa, dining table, TV, and air conditioning. It houses two additional bedrooms both with air conditioning and two single beds and wardrobe space., making it perfect for families or groups of friends.



Casa Daniela provides everything you need for an unforgettable holiday in Calpe. With its prime location, amenities, and comfortable composition, it promises a stay filled with relaxation, enjoyment, and lasting memories.



Please note:

1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this accommodation.

2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

3: The house is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited.

4. You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.



Pool heating: The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
