Duplex Manzanera, this charming and cosily furnished duplex is located in Cala la Manzanera, Calpe, for 4 people, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The old center of Calpe can be reached via a footpath along the coastline (1,3km). Where you enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the famous Peñon de Ifach.
Duplex Manzanera has a total area of 96m. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment and a washing machine. The living and dining room has air conditioning, free WIFI and satellite TV where you can receive TV Vlaanderen (Belgium channels) and Spanish channels. Through a sliding window you enter the terrace. From here you enjoy an open view.
On the ground floor there is a 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. As well as the first bathroom with a spacious shower. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and you have access to the second bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and sink. Through a glass sliding window you also have access to the second terrace, which is equipped with sun beds and 2 bucket seats.
The residence of Duplex Manzanera has a large swimming pool with children’s pool and sun loungers. Due to its convenient location you can enjoy the sun all day long. You can also park your car in the free private parking lot.
