The living room is equipped with a comfy couch, tv with TV Vlaanderen (Belgium channels), a dining area for eight persons and air conditioning. Large windows towards the garden also bring light and outdoor views into the house – this really is modern indoor/outdoor living at its best.



The entire house and garden is covered by a wireless network so getting your daily fix of internet news and updates is only a click away.



The kitchen is well-stocked with all the pots, pans and accessories you need to create a home-cooked meal, including service for eight. A fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, Dolce Gusto, and a toaster can be found in the kitchen.



This completely renovated villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Three bedrooms, one en-suite, have double beds and a built-in wardrobe. The other bedroom has a bunk bed with a built-in wardrobe.



Both bathrooms have a modern walk-in shower, sink and toilet. In the hallway you will find a small bathroom with toilet and sink.



Most of the time you live outside in Spain. So enjoy your spacious private garden to the full, read a book in the comfortable lounge set. Breakfast on the terrace with sea view. Take a refreshing dip in the large swimming pool (approximately 10x5m). And relax on one of the sun beds.



Don’t feel like cooking indoors? Then BBQ on the charcoal barbecue and dine in the outdoor kitchen or on the terrace. In the outdoor kitchen you will find a charcoal barbecue, sink, small refrigerator, dining table and sofa. You also have an extra guest toilet, so you don’t have to go through the house with your wet bathing suit!



And to make your holiday complete, you can use the washing machine and there is plenty of private parking on site.

Important information:

The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.



Please Note:

1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this villa.

2: A small staircase is required at all times to reach the villa.

3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

4: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.

5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
