Boasting with sparkling floors, wide view, and lots of natural light, this new build villa an open-concept living room has plenty of space for everyone to relax in. You’ll love watching your favorite movies and shows on the mounted flatscreen TV or playing board games with the family over the large dining table. The villa also comes with modern amenities like cable and free WiFi, so it’s easy to upload your photos to social media and make all your friends back home jealous. And last but not least, air conditioning for cooling and heating!



When night falls, fix a delicious homemade dinner in the spacious kitchen, which has been fully updated with modern appliances and cookware for your convenience, like a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and Dulce Gusto machine. Off the living room, you’ll find three bedrooms. The first offers a king-size bed with built-in wardrobes, air conditioning for cooling and heating, a mounted flatscreen TV and bathroom ensuite. The bathroom is equipped with a modern walk-in shower, two sinks and a toilet.



In the hallway you will find the other two bedrooms and the bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes, air conditioning for cooling and heating and a mounted flatscreen TV. The other bedroom has a bunk bed and air conditioning for cooling and heating. In the hallway you will find large fitted wardrobes to neatly store all your belongings. The bathroom also has a modern walk-in shower with two sinks. You will find the toilet separately in the hallway.



“The apartment” of Villa Olivia can be reached via an outside staircase in the garden. This beautiful floor, just like the floor above, is equipped with everything you could wish for during your holiday. Only it is decorated in warm tones but also has a lot of natural light through the many and large windows.



Here you will also find a wonderful open living space. A great fully equipped modern kitchen with Senseo coffee machine. A sofa that can also serve as a comfortable sofa bed, TV, WiFi and air conditioning.



Two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, lounge chair, air conditioning and has its own access to the garden. The other bedroom has a bunk bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.



The spacious bathroom also has a nice walk-in shower and two sinks. The toilet can be found next to the bathroom in a separate room.

3: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!

4: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 10 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

5: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.

6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.

7: This accommodation is equipped with an alarm system. Its use is optional but provides extra security during your stay. If you have any questions about the system, feel free to contact us!

8: The jacuzzi is private and CANNOT be used.



Important information:

The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
