Private: property 700 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (7 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue, parking. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 350 m, sandy beach "Playa de La Calalga" 140 m (small). Sports harbour 1 km.
