Detached chalet, split into two parts, a ground floor consists of two rooms with fan and heating, a bathroom with heating, fully equipped kitchen with microwave dishwasher, and a very complete dishes. a living room with French tv, climatisacion (cold, hot), independent heating, and a dining room with heating. At the floor, completely independent, access by a staircase outside the house (which allowed to rent the house for a family of 4 or a family of 6) a studio consists of a room with fan and heating, and a room water with shower, and a terrace of more than 50 square meter with a view to the mountain and the sea. In the basement a washing machine and a second fridge is at your disposal, the house is equipped with sheets and towel. The swimming pool is at a hundred meters, completely fenced you need a card to return, and there has schedules respect for for the good of the inhabitants.
The beach and shops is one kilometer away.
30 minutes from Benidorm and one hour from Alicante.
all kinds of water sports in Calpe and several water park and theme park in Benidorm.
the house is rented from saturday to saturday in summer and possibilitee to me in winter (see tarrif with the owner).
Possibility to rent for 4 people at 75 € per night or for 6 people at 85 € per night, as the house possdeide a private studio to let and totally individual for two people.
