Marta is a small furnished apartment that enjoys a central location next to Levante beach and its promenade, Edificio Paraiso Mar, just 5 minutes from the center of Calpe in the heart of the Costa Blanca, it also enjoys splendid views of the Mediterranean Sea and you can admire the famous Ifach Rock from here.

Marta is located on the ninth floor, there is an elevator, and you enter a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The living room is furnished with a dining table, TV + SAT sofa and air conditioning. A large glazed balcony with terrace furniture and beautiful views of the sea and the Ifach Rock.
