The interior decoration of the apartment gives a modern and sophisticated style enriched by large terrace overlooking the sea.

The Melior-1 building where the apartment is located is surrounded by the best restaurants, cafe and fashion shops.

This apartment is able to accommodate 4 people, it can be a family with children or a couple who wants to relax, or friends who want to spend a few days on the Costa Blanca.

A set of bed linen and towels costs 9 euros per person, however it is also possible to bring your sheets and towels from home if you wish.

There is no 24-hour reception in the apartments and for that reason from 22.00 to 10.00 it will be necessary to pay 50 euros to the person who will wait for you and gives the keys.

A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment for the stay more than 7 nights and by card for the stay less than 7 nights. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, subject to an inspection of the property.



Arrival between 22:00 and 10:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 10 late arrival fee.
