Es gibt noch viel zu tun

WLAN ist sehr langsam (ca 300 kb) TV-Gerät älteren Datums (kein Streaming) TV-Empfang schlecht/gestört, insbesondere bei schlechter Witterung. Sofa ohne Schutzbezug (wäre hygienischer, da waschbar). Terrassenmöbel abgenutzt (Stuhlgeflecht teilweise gebrochen, Plastikstopfen der Stuhlbeine waren alle defekt. Sie wurden nach Reklamation erneuert). Essbesteck ist abgenutzt, aus verschiedenen Sets zusammen gestellt. Teile fehlen. Glasbehälter der Kaffeemaschine ist zu klein. Brötchenaufsatz für Toaster fehlt. Kochtöpfe waren abgenutzt, sie wurden nach Reklamation sofort ersetzt. Kühl-/Gefrier-Kombination ist zu dicht an der Wand aufgestellt. Dadurch ist insbesondere die Nutzung des Gefrierteils umständlich, weil die Tür nicht vollständig aufgeht. Winterbettwäsche fehlt. Für kühlere Monate müssen Steppdecken vorrätig sein, sonst müsste nachts im Schlafbereich leicht geheizt werden. Das wäre Energieverschwendung. Schubladen der Nachttische sind ausgeleiert/schwergängig. Eine kleine Garderobe fehlt. In den Badezimmern ist die Beleuchtung schlecht. Es fehlen Schränke für die notwendigen Badezimmer-Utensilien. Das könnte durch Spiegelschränke mit Beleuchtung leicht behoben werden! Der Service durch Grupo Turis war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Auf Anfragen wurde schnell reagiert. Sehr gut! Das Haus hat das Attribut Villa im derzeitigen Zustand bei weitem nicht verdient. Der Pflege- und Erhaltungszustand kann als lieblos bezeichnet werden.Der Mietpreis ist deswegen viel zu hoch.
