Saona Villas presents this beautiful holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on one floor. The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning; ideal for people with reduced mobility because everything is flat.
The villa is located in Calpe in a quiet area called “Partida Cocentari”. Restaurants, supermarkets, services and the beach of Calpe are less than 5 km away.
Area and equipment: Living area of approximately 210 m². Air conditioning: throughout the villa. Free wifi Internet connection. Washing machine. Hair dryer. Iron.
Inside: Living / dining room (with TV). Open and fully equipped kitchen (with Fridge - Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee maker, Toaster and access to the covered barbecue). 2 double bedrooms (with a double bed of 1.50 in each and TV). 2 double bedrooms (with 2 single beds of 0.90 in each and TV). 1 shower room. 1 bathroom.
