Beautiful holiday villa with private pool and wonderful sea and mountain views in Calpe, with five bedrooms and four bathrooms in three independent living units for 10 people.

This villa is located in a privileged area due to the tranquility and proximity to all services. The center of Calpe with numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets is only 2.5 km away. The 1.5 km long sandy beach is only 3.5 km away.

OUTSIDE AREA: Large terrace with a 10x5 pool with Roman steps, an outside shower and spectacular views of the sea, the Peñon de Ifach and the city of Calpe. There is also the summer kitchen with a gas grill to enjoy outdoor meals. Furthermore there is an outside toilet. From another large terrace you can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire bay, the mountains and the green hinterland. Below, there is a room with table tennis and table football that you can enjoy with family or friends. The property is completely closed and has space for 4 vehicles.

LIVING UNIT 1: This living unit consists of a living-dining room with SAT / TDT TV, air conditioning and access to the glazed terrace with stunning sea views. A fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and induction hob. One bedroom with a double bed (200 x 200 cm), air conditioning and a private shower room. There is also a separate bathroom with a shower.

LIVING UNIT 2: This living unit consists of a living-dining room with SAT / TDT TV and an open kitchen with gas stove. Two bedrooms, both with two single beds and air conditioning. There is also a bathroom with bathtub with shower.

LIVING UNIT 3: This living unit consists of a living-dining room with satellite TV (there are no Spanish channels) and air conditioning as well as an open kitchen with induction hob. Two bedrooms, one with two single beds, air conditioning and a bathroom with shower en suite, the other with a double bed (135 x 190 cm) and WC en suite.

Family Holiday

Overall the Villa is an ideal property for a family of 10. It is clean quiet and has a lovely pool and BBQ area. We really enjoyed our stay there for a week in July. Calpe has lots to offer and is a good holiday destination for a family. We would happily recommend this villa for a holiday and would like to think that we could return in the future. Andreas and Yu are very good hosts and will address any issues you might have through their agent so help if needed is always on hand 👍
