Lovely holiday villa with private swimming pool located in Calpe, Costa Blanca, for up to 6 guests, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed on a single floor.



INTERIOR



The villa is distributed on one single floor, accessed via exterior stairs. It offers a pleasant living-dining room with English TNT/Satellite TV and air conditioning, providing a comfortable space to relax during the stay.



The kitchen is independent and equipped with gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine.



The property features three double bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds, one of them with air conditioning, and a third bedroom equipped with bunk beds. In addition, there is one bathroom with bathtub and another bathroom with shower.



The villa has an alarm system installed with photo detectors located in the kitchen, hallway and living room, all directed towards the exterior access points of the property. This system remains disconnected during guests’ stays and does not record images.



EXTERIOR



The villa offers a large fully fenced plot with a pleasant partially covered terrace. There is also a rectangular private fenced swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 m with Roman steps and a portable barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining.



Within the plot there is ample private parking space for two vehicles.



LOCATION



The villa is located in a quiet residential area close to all services and the beach. The nearest supermarket is only 400 m away and the sandy Arenal-Bol Beach, with its restaurants and shops, is 1.1 km away. The centre of Calpe is just 1.8 km from the property.
