The separate kitchen, fully equipped with a gas stove and dishwasher, ensures convenience in preparing delicious meals. A master bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Two additional bedrooms with two single beds each, both equipped with air conditioning. In addition, there is a second bathroom with a bathtub. The ground floor remains closed and uninhabited during the rental period.

The exterior of the villa features a spacious covered terrace that houses the impressive 8x4 meter swimming pool, complete with Roman stairs and a refreshing outdoor shower.
