MODERN AND SPACIOUS VILLA WITH SPECTACULAR VIEWS OVER THE CALPE SEA (COSTA BLANCA), with a private pool and with a capacity for 8 people.



LAYOUT: This nice and recent villa, constructed on 2009 has two floors. The main floor on a pool level has a spacious living-dining room well decorated (with nice views from Moraira all the way to Calpe), with access to a covered terrace leading to the pool. A separate kitchen fully equiped and a double bedroom with shower room. Through an interior staircase you get to the top floor were you can find 3 double bedrooms, (all with balconies and nice views), and two bathrooms with bathub.



OUTSIDE: The 4x8 size pool is surrounded by a fantastic terrace with nice garden furniture and an unbeatable view to the Peñon de Ifach de Calpe. You can access the villa by an gate, behind it a big parking space.



SITUATION: The villa is located in a high area of Calpe reason why it has such privileged views, at the same time just a few minutes away from the shops, restaurants and beaches.
