LAYOUT: Villa ISABEL, in Mediterranean style, is arranged over two floors. As soon as you enter, you will find a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower on your left. To our right there is a guest toilet and a little further back there is an independent kitchen with all the necessary elements for the preparation of fantastic meals. Next to this room is the living room with a leather sofa, a coffee table and a TV. On the other side of the villa we have access to a second lounge with two leather sofas that can accommodate all the guests. Next to them is a small marble table and a TV. Right next to it is a dining table and chairs with a panoramic view of the landscape. At our disposal is a bedroom with two single beds. Going down the interior stairs we reach the lower floor. On this floor we can use the billiard room located in the living room with access to the terrace at pool level. We can also find the three remaining bedrooms. All of them have an en suite bathroom with shower except one which has a bathtub.



EXTERIOR: Upon entering the property, we can park several vehicles in the uncovered parking spaces. Taking the path to our right, we access the play area, where there is a playground for children. Under the porch, we will find an outdoor dining table with several chairs. It is surrounded by several sun loungers to enjoy the weather and sunbathe. A children's playground will delight the little ones and is at our disposal. From the upstairs circular living room, we can access a terrace with a magnificent sea view; it has a table and chairs next to the barbecue to prepare perfect grills with family and friends. The villa is surrounded by trees and typical plants of the Costa Blanca region.



LOCATION: Villa ISABEL is located in a quiet and residential area of Calpe. It offers peace and tranquility with views of the sea and the hills of the region. It is just minutes from all services such as restaurants, supermarkets, and activities in CALPE.
