NICE VILLA FOR RENT IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL, for up to 9 people.



LAY OUT: Out of this villa only the ground floor at pool level is rented, where there are three bedrooms (two with double beds and the other with three single beds) and two bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower). There is an ample space composed of a kitchen, living and dining area with direct access to the terrace. A separate independent guest apartment by the pool area. This apartment has two single beds and a shower room. The villa has a pellet stove, ideal for winter reservations.



EXTERIOR: On a large 1000m2 plot, completely enclosed and with a garden of palm trees and various other trees. Access to the grounds is through a sliding door by which there is space to park our vehicles. The pool is surrounded by sun beds and is situated on a wide terrace with an outside dining area, a pingpong table and a barbecue area with outdoor shower



LOCATION: In a quiet area of ??Calpe, only 1.7 km and 5 minutes drive from the magnificent coast and the beach fine sand of Calpe and Benissa.
