Exceptional holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca), ideal for up to 6 guests. The property features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all laid out on a single level for added comfort.



Inside, the villa offers a spacious living-dining room with satellite and terrestrial TV, air conditioning and direct access to the covered terrace and pool area. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob and dishwasher, providing everything needed for preparing meals. The sleeping area consists of one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and a master bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. There is also a separate bathroom with shower. The secondary bedrooms do not have air conditioning.



Outside, the villa is set on a pleasant plot with various plants and trees, offering privacy and tranquillity. The private rectangular swimming pool measures 8x4 metres and features Roman steps and an outdoor shower. A built-in barbecue is available for outdoor dining. The property also includes a utility room with washing machine and parking space for two vehicles within the fully enclosed plot.
