MAGNIFICENT VILLA WITH VIEW TO THE PEÑON DE IFACH, PRIVATE POOL FOR MAXIMUM 10 PEOPLE.



LAY OUT: Villa Malawi is a very peaceful and calm villa. The entrance to the ground floor gives us access to the perfectly equipped kitchen with all needed appliances and a high table with 4 chairs to share meals. Next to the kitchen we will access a room with a double bed. Near to this bedroom will find the second one with a double bed as well as a bathroom with shower. We will access the second floor by an external staircase from the living room where we will find another living room and the second wide kitchen. We will have several armchairs on our right around a coffee table with magnificent views on the pool, the city and the Peñon de Ifach. To the side there is a round table with several chairs and a bar with high chairs that separates the kitchen from the living room offering another option to where to share food with our friends and family. At the end of the corridor we will find a bedroom with double bed and with a fireplace, comfortable armchairs and sofas for a moment of pure relaxation. The living room gives access to a terrace with very nice chill-out style and with a very original and cozy decoration. Back to the dining room, we will find the last two bedrooms both with double beds and bathroom with shower. The third bathroom is by the corridor and has a bathtub.



EXTERIOR: Located at the entrance of the property, an open parking area will allow you to park several cars. A few meters to our left we will see the pool with sun loungers to enjoy our beautiful sunny days. Under the villa's porch there is a chill-out space decorated with Asian inspiration. Near the pool, under the shade of a tree there is a table for 10 people and a barbecue. Upstairs, a first terrace with give us access through the lounge, it has a touch of Asian inspiration and Zen as on the ground floor. The place, full of charm, is ideal for taking a break, and enjoy our vacation. We have access to a third terrace from the kitchen. A table for 10 people is located under a pergola to share meals with family or friends protected from the sun.



LOCATION: The villa MALAWI is located in a quiet area of Calpe, but close to services (restaurants, supermarkets, bars, etc ...) without forgetting the proximity of the beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca.
