DISTRIBUTION: This beautiful villa is distributed in two floors, communicated by an interior staircase. We access the property through the independent kitchen, which has all the necessary electrical appliances including a dishwasher and a small dining room where you can have your coffee and toast with oil. Then we find the spacious living-dining room with a fireplace. Finally on the main floor there is a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Once we go up the stairs from the living room, we reach the upper floor where the three remaining bedrooms are located, two with double beds and one with a double bed, all with a balcony or terrace. Finally there is a bathroom with a shower. There is a third floor, at the level of the pool terrace, which can only be accessed from the outside. Here we have a large space dedicated to a games room and a bathroom with shower, a very practical distribution to avoid having to access the upper floors.



EXTERIOR: We have a beautifully maintained garden surrounding the villa and a terrace with artificial grass in front of the beautiful swimming pool, where you will find sun loungers for sunbathing. A covered terrace with dining area and outdoor sofas, a very pleasant place to relax and disconnect from our busy working days. There is a second terrace, uncovered, where we can enjoy the views of the town of Calpe and its well known Natural Park, we can also see the Mediterranean Sea. Next to the main entrance of the house is the outdoor kitchen, with gas hob, fridge, sink and where the barbecue is located. Finally, it is worth mentioning that we access the plot through a folding door where we can park two vehicles.



LOCATION: It is located in the urbanisation of Ortembach, only 1800 metres from the fine sandy beach of Calpe. The urbanisation itself has a supermarket, so we will not have to take the car if we want to do some basic shopping. There are also larger supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi and Mercadona close by.
