BEAUTIFUL NEWLY BUILT VILLA FOR RENT IN Calpe (Costa Blanca), with private pool, for up to 6 people.



LAY OUT: This villa is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a bathroom. In the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed and a shower room. There is a laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a comfortable living room, with access to a covered outdoor terrace, furnished with table and chairs overlooking the pool.



EXTERIOR: The 150m2 villa is on a 900m2 plot, fully enclosed. With a fantastic pool area surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds and a beautiful garden with trees and palms. There is also a furnished BBQ covered area, to enjoy the hot afternoons. The outdoor space of the house is large and practical to park the cars.



LOCATION: Located in a quiet area of Calpe, near the Calalga cove. Where you can take a pleasant stroll and enjoy the view across the coast to the Fossa beach, a large sandy beach full of restaurants to enjoy Mediterranean cuisine.
