Beautiful apartment located in Palmanova just 100 metres from the stunning Son Maties beach.



It has 90 square metres distributed in a living-dining room, three double bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two single beds), fully equipped kitchen; oven, microwave, dishwasher and ceramic hob and two bathrooms, one complete and another en suite with bathtub.



It also has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Terrace with views of the garden and the sea. The house is located in an unbeatable area, just 100 metres from the entire leisure area, 150 metres from Magaluf beach, 150 metres from Katmandu Park, shopping centre, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants etc..



This apartment is ideal for enjoying Mallorca (it is located just 10 minutes by car from Palma) with family or friends. It has internet, air conditioning and heating.

Schön zu wissen ist, dass die Unterkunft auch eine tolle Busanbindung hat. Man kann für sehr wenig Geld einfach und schnell vom und zum Flughafen kommen.
