The spacious finca has several bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as many garden seating options. From the balcony at sunset and in good weather, you can even enjoy the mountain ranges of Ibiza. Also on this level is a lovely garden seat in the shade of the pines. On the lower floor and on the pool floor, there is a spacious and sunny dining room with a direct garden access to the pool, as well as a spacious kitchen and additional bathrooms and toilets. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is fully mechanized, so there is a hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave and other kitchen utensils. An unforgettable relaxation of our guests on warm summer days is ensured by the elegant pool with a surface area of almost 50 square meters and its surroundings. There are two points around the house for outdoor dining in the shade of the trees. Please note our prospective guests that the property is not suitable for conducting loud noises, parties or other noise activities and is expressly prohibited by our house rules.
