Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Location of facilities good, 2 min from the beach, a lot of cafes around, however, the service needs improvement. 1. cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom 2. Mold in the bathroom 3.we had 4 night stay, however, bed linen not been changed only towels on 4th day, after remindin to the housekeeping staff. 4. Service on the reception poor, only one young lady who tried to solve issues and help us, rest, waste of space. On our last day they allowed to store our lagguage in the lagguage room only till 14.00. No flexibility. When we arrived to collect it, a different receptionist was very disappointed that we were mis leaded, as somebody is around, and there are no restrictions like this.
