All 4 bedrooms are very large and have direct access to the external space, pool terraces and upper gazebo terrace and benefit from superking beds and en suite facilities as well as large 50 inch flat screen TVs
In addition independent air con units and ceiling fans are provided in all rooms for your comfort.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher washing machine microwave American fridge with ice maker and filtered water.
The property is used by the owners 9 months of the year so upkeep of this property is second to none
We supply towels for the pool and provide a complimentary 4 hour maid service and the pool in maintained weekly.
Luxurious sun loungers and a full size gazebbo provide ideal comfortable lounging facilities around the pool and on the upper terraces as well as on bedroom balconies.
Electric gates facilitate private parking and good security.
The property is only a 3 minute drive to the Bendinat round about where a large Eroski can be found and only 5 drive to Puerto portals and illetes beaches. And ideal for Golfers with just a 3 minute walk to the Royal Bendinat golf course.
