Relax in the spacious living room and pamper yourself in one of the four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom attached. In Ca na Rossa, you´ll have an unforgettable vacation!

The villa is located in the municipality of Campanet. This villa preserves the typical Majorcan style with a natural stone façade and a porch and interiors with exposed ceiling beams. Ca na Rossa is a charming country house with capacity for 8 people, fully equipped, with large terraces, several garden areas and a large pool with a barbecue area.

The town of Campanet is just 6 minutes away by car and there you will find restaurants, shops and discover the charm of an authentic Majorcan town. On the other hand, the magnificent fine sand beaches of Alcudia are just 20 minutes away by car.



Distribution:

The house is distributed on the same floor, it has a nice entrance, with a living-room/ dining room, a sitting area with 3 sofas, TV and interne. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the side and rear terraces. From the kitchen we access the corridor where all the bedrooms are situated, the first room has a double bed (150x200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The next room has 2 single beds (90x190cm) and a small en-suite bathroom with a shower, the third room also has 2 single beds (90x190cm) and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a shower with stone details. The last bedroom has a typical Majorcan-style bed (150x190cm) with high bars and a covered ceiling. This room has a bathroom with a bathtub.



The outdoor area:

The property is characterized by a well-kept garden that surrounds the house, in which two wonderful Majorcan type olive trees and several palm trees stand out. The house has several terraces, all of them with tables, sofas and chairs to take delight the views of the mountains or just to relax. In the back of the house we have a ping-pong table and on the East side of the property there is a 12x6m pool and a complete bathroom with a shower, in addition to the outdoor pool shower. Also, as the icing on the cake, we have a barbecue by the pool to enjoy a good meal after a good dip in the water.

Ca na Rossa is a magnificent villa in which to enjoy your holidays with family or friends.



Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is € 0.25 / KwH to be paid on departure.

Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
