Barely 3 stars unfortunately. Bed was comfy and clean sheets and towels. There was a small of mould in the room, discovered that the bathroom door was rotting. It has been painted over to cover it but the mould is growing through. Mould was prevalent in the shower grout as well. Very cold room with damp rid contaners. Opened a cupboard looking for a glass and found a dead fly. I would not stay again

A surprising gem

Every now and then you get a pleasant surprise. From just after booking and confirming my late arrival I was impressed by the friendly and prompt service. When you book budget accommodation, then this is what you expect, but this little gem exceeded expectations by a mile. The owners have clearly been renovating. And whilst the look from the outside is dated, the new bathroom, updates and painted bedroom, comfortable beds and overall fresh look impressed. Great value for money and superior service. Thank you!

Cheap, convenient, new owners (since I was last there anyway) have done up the bathroom well. What you see is what you get. Split system heating/cooling, electric blanket, pubs are cheap
