Muito boa experiência. Fui com minha esposa e filha para descansar no feriado. Comida ótima, equipe excelente. Ambientes agradável. Um ponto de melhoria seria os quartos que sao bem antigos, e pra mim ar condicionado central nao é legal. Mas como disse um ponto a ser melhorado no futuro.

Essa é a 3 ou 4 vez que me hospedo no Royal Palm e minhas estadias são sempre ótimas. Os funcionários são prestativos e organizados, a recreação é excelente, os espaços são perfeitos, super recomendo e com certeza voltarei. Como sugestão de melhoria, ter outras opções de chopp e cerveja, eu particularmente, apesar de gostar de Heineken, em dias muito quentes, um chopp leve combina mais.

Após o check-in, nos deram as chaves dos quartos e não nos deram absolutamente nenhuma informação sobre café da manhã, restaurantes, refeições, horários, reservas de quadra, nenhuma orientação ou explicação sobre onde funcionam as coisas, quais as comodidades, horários, como fazer. Não entregaram os cartões que precisaríamos para retirar as toalhas na piscina. Pedi para comprar um bolo para o aniversário do meu filho no check-in e falaram que me contactariam, não contactaram até eu ir de novo na recepção reclamar. Nível e variedade do buffet bastante aquém de vários outros hotéis do mesmo nível ou mesmo inferiores aqui mesmo em SP. Os cartões dos hóspedes para consumação nos bares não funcionaram todo o fim de semana. Todos assinavam um papel para fazer os pedidos. Resultado? Cobraram-me no checkout quase 130 reais a mais de itens que não pedimos: alguém assinou o pedido e puseram o número do meu quarto. Paguei antes de conferir, depois fiquei intrigado e pedi para ver a assinatura: claramente não era minha, nem mesmo era o meu nome. Pedi estorno e não recebi, vários funcionários tentaram e não sabiam/conseguiam estornar. Me falaram que o financeiro iria me contactar pra devolver o valor indevido. Obviamente em um hotel com tanto descaso e incompetência ninguém até agora entrou em contato. A diária é cara, valores que costumo pagar em hotéis de alto padrão no exterior, mas recebemos esse serviço inadmissível de vexatório e com descaso com as várias solicitações do cliente.

As instalações do quarto onde ficamos eram muito antigo e com mofo no banheiro. Chuveiro com banheira não é funcional quando se tem crianças, risco de queda, a qual aconteceu. Água das piscina muito gelada, não foi uma boa experiencia para minhas filhas.
