Problema com comida

Tivemos problemas com a comida vômito e diarreia geral, minha filha eu , meu marido e as filhas e esposa de um casal de amigos que estavam conosco. Foi bem desagradável cheguei até comentar com o hotel um voucher d ruma restaurante deles chamado firehouse porém cheguei em casa no dia seguinte e mais vômito foi terrível. Tirando a péssima experiência com a comida o lugar é lindo e as pessoas muito receptivas e educadas. Uma pena.

Ja frequentei inumeros resorts desse padrão all inclusive familiares porem o hotel deixou a desejar ao nosso ponto de vista. Jantar muito cheio com hospedes "disputando" comida mesmo dividido em grupos. Primeira noite passamos frio porque nao tinha endredon nem cobertor e sem serviço de quarto após o horario de chegada. No dia da saída nao permitiram late check-out mesmo com bebe de 1 ano...disponibilidade havia porem só pagando o que nao foi a pratica que nos deparamos em outros hoteis da categoria. As piscinas nao sao realmente aquecidas e sim discretamente climatizadas....nao é como de outros hoteis. Enfim, achamos que ha melhores opções quanto ao custo benefício.

Estrutura excelente para crianças. Equipe de recreação infantil ótima. Comida razoável, bem no estilo resort. Minha única ressalva é em relação a falta de flexibilidade em relação a abertura de todo o salão. No último jantar, a metade aberta do salão do restaurante já estava lotada com a outra metade fechada. Éramos 8 pessoas (sendo 3 crianças e 1 bebê) não tinha mesa para sentarmos e ao falar com o maître no restaurante, ele disse q não poderia abrir a outra parte, só depois de 20min. Achei péssimo pois seria aberto de qualquer jeito. Ele sugeriu que fôssemos ao outro restaurante que tb estaria cheio.

Piscina incríveis mas o restante deixa a desejar

Staff super receptivo, educado e treinado. As instalações de piscinas são incriveis, mas infelizmente os quartos deixam a desejar. Ficamos em um quarto que ainda tinha respingos de titnas nas janelas, torneiras moles, minha mãe também se hospedou e o registro do chuveiro dela quase caiu no pé dela quando foi abrir. Ficamos em um quarto longe do restaurante e além das crianças pequenas meu sogro tem dificuldade de mobilidade e tinha que enfrentar 30 minutos de caminhada para ir e voltar nas refeições (o hotel não tem carrinhos motorizados, apenas cadeiras de roda e ele não consegue andar pois tem a parte direita do corpo mais lenta). Além das instalações, as refeições são em horários inapropriados para bebes e crianças menores, já me hospedei em outras resorts para crianças e o horário de jantar dos pequenos se inicia as 18 na maioria, lá se inicia as 19 e quando fomos pedir o garçom não deixou servir APESAR da comida estar coberta no buffet. Falamos com um supervisor que falou que abriria excessào aquele dia (além de nós, outras 3 famílias estavam esperando para alimentar seus filhos). Eles servem spa a partir das 18:30 mas uma criança de 2 e 4 anos não come mais sopa. Entendo que cada família tem sua rotina e na nossa as crianças dormem 19:30, com este horário do hotel complica. Além disso, show de palhaço as 21, um tanto inapropriado para crianças este horário, uma pena pois minhas filhas adorariam ver. Tinha boas expectativas para o hotel, mas não acredito que voltaria.

já estive outra vezes no Tauá, mas esta me surpreendeu, TERRíVELMENTE, brinquedos das piscinas quebradas, 1 dia sem agua quente no quarto, recepção nao atende telefonemas, falta de mesas no restaurante e o outro restaurante fechado, um dia esqueceram de deixar toalhas no quarto para banho, saímos decepcionados desta vez.

Foram dias muitos bons. Estrutura para crianças excelente, comida também excelente! Único ponto a desejar foi uma funcionária da piscina térmica onde nossa bebê estava dormindo, saiu ffechando as cadeiras de piscina com o pé. Causando um barulho forte sem se preocupar que tinha por exemplo um bebe dormindo. Faltou um pouco de sensibilidade dela visto que tinha carrinho de bebê do lado da cadeira. Tirando isso foi maravilhoso.
