Small, two-bedroom finca in the countryside, located in southern Mallorca. The beautiful sandy beach of Ses Covetes - Es Trenc, with its turquoise waters, is only 4.5 km away.

The house is spread over two levels. The ground floor features an open-plan living room with a modern, bright kitchen area including a dining island. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a modern bathroom with a shower.

The house does not have a pool, but the beautiful beach of Ses Covetes - Es Trenc is less than 4.5 km away. The covered terrace offers space for al fresco dining and barbecues.

Both bedrooms have air conditioning. Environmentally friendly use is requested.

Ruhe und Entspannung

Die kleine Finca liegt sehr ruhig auf dem Land,nur einige Schafe,2 Hunde des Nachbarn und ein Hahn zu hören.Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und zum Strand Es Trend fährt man mit dem Leihwagen keine 10 min.nach Ses Corvetes.Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind gut erreichbar mit dem Auto in Campos,Sa Rabiat und Colonia Sant Jordi.Die Ausstattung der Finca ist zweckmäßig und funktionell.Wir bedanken uns und kommen sicherlich mal wieder.
