Nice home , convenient walk to the beach

We had a little issue with the power but Esperanza resolved it promptly. Nice home , has all the amenities, beautiful back and front patios for dining and breakfast. Recommended for families or adult couples .

Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal, da Strand, Hafen sowie Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und besonders die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist gut erreichbar. Als Kritikpunkt möchten wir die beiden Bäder nennen. Diese sind doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen und entsprechen nicht mehr dem Stand eines "modernen Ferienhauses". Die Armaturen, Spiegel sind in einem schlechten Zustand. Das Duschen ist hinter einem Duschvorhang in der Badewanne möglich. Um das Haus entsprechend aufzuwerten, wären beide Bäder aus unserer Sicht zu renovieren. Eine Ausstattung mit ebenerdig begehbaren Duschen (auch für ältere Gäste) und hochwertigen Glaswänden sowie einer Fußbodenheizung in den Bädern entspräche

Entspannter Urlaub in einem sehr angenehmen Haus

Der Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam. Das Haus ist wirklich wie beschrieben, die Lage perfekt (alles fußläufig erreichbar), die Ruhe unbeschreiblich schön und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter jederzeit unkompliziert und schnell möglich. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Gerne wieder. 👍

Great house & host!! Location just a few minutes walk from the beach - highly recommended!!!

We stayed in this house with our family (2 adults, 1 baby (8months) and 1 dog for a total of 1 month. The house is very well equipped and was perfectly cleaned when we moved in. There are many storage options and there is also very good equipment for small children. Joan was always helpful and always available - thank you again! The location is very close to the beach - you can see and hear the sea from the roof terrace. A car is recommended if you want to explore the rest of Mallorca. !! Great house in a great location !!

Strandnah, ruhig, toll ausgestattet

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im Ferienhaus. Das Haus liegt fußläufig zum Strand, die Lage ist ruhig. Der Strand selbst ist wunderschön, nicht überlaufen. Im Ort findet man alles, was man benötigt, es gibt auch zahlreiche gute Restaurants. Das Haut ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet, es steht außerdem eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung, und viele Sitzmöglichkeiten auch außerhalb des Hauses. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Wunderbares Haus in sehr guter Lage

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und haben an alles gedacht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Bauhausstil und innen sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Treppe ins 1.OG ist super stylisch, ohne Geländer, aber Familien mit Kleinkindern müssen hier schon aufmerksam sein. Eine Air-Kondition und Radiatoren helfen seit einigen Jahren in kühlen Phasen. Wie bei vielen Häusern in Spanien führte die mangelnde Isolierung und fehlende Heizung in der Vergangenheit zu einem Problem mit der Feuchtigkeit. Ein leichter Modergeruch ist vorhanden, aber erträglich. Der Strand von Sa Rapita ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und der Ort bietet mehrere Gastronomie-Betriebe und 2 kleine Supermärke. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, wenn man sich nicht nur im Ort aufhalten möchte. Für E-Autos gibt es auf der Insel insgesamt keine ausreichende Infrastruktur.

Sehr schönes Haus, Doppelhaushälfte. Nahe am sehr schönen Strand von Sa Rapita. Vor Ort gute Restaurants, ein guter Bäcker. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, auch Strandhandtücher, Strandmatten uns Sonnenschirm auf Nachfrage. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Besitzerin.

Dieses Haus hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Kommunikation erfolgte unkompliziert und kontaktlos (nicht unwichtig in Corona- Zeiten). Ausstattung, Sauberkeit etc., alles top! Vielleicht sollte man erwähnen, dass sich alle Schlafzimmer im OG befinden. Falls jemand nicht gut zu Fuß ist und dadurch Probleme bei der Treppe ohne Handlauf hat.

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und garantiert einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Übergabe war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben nichts in diesem Haus vermisst und können es zu 100% empfehlen. Ganz toller Urlaub

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, insbesondere in der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Die Lage ist super. Strandnah, Restaurants und Bäcker zu Fuß sehr bequem zu erreichen. Auch sehr schön ist der Garten angelegt. Es gibt eine überdachte Terrasse und auch im Garten viele Schattenplätze. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mooie en ruime woning. Schoon bij aankomst. Rustig gelegen. Airco in woonkamer en op 1 van de slaapkamers (2 slaapkamers niet uitgerust met airconditioning). Goed geoutilleerd, alle benodigdheden voorhanden. Let wel, het is een twee onder een kap huis, nu waren er geen buren aanwezig. Weet niet in hoeverre er geluidsoverlast zou kunnen zijn wanneer beide delen tegelijk bewoond worden. Is zonder meer aan te bevelen!

Luminous house

This house is well located, comfortable, quiet and well equiped. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We arrived in the beginning of May and the weather was quite rainy and chilly so it was a little bit humid and cold in the house. Anyway we have a nice stay. The garden is very nice too.
