Surrounded by fields in the marvellous expanse of the southern part of the island, you will discover the unique Villa Thalassa d'Es Trenc. Built in 2018, the property impresses with its progressive aesthetics, which are also reflected in the exterior of the property. A garden with lawns and a spacious pool with a child-friendly depth is surrounded by palm trees. Under the covered terrace at the end of the pool, you can relax in comfortable seating furniture after a swim or devote all your attention to the sun on the inviting sun loungers. Right next to the building is an elongated veranda. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee, breakfast together on tasteful outdoor furniture or homemade sangria in the evening in the casual lounge, you'll find a wonderful spot full of unbridled joie de vivre at any time of day. Terraces stretch out in front of the individual apartments, not forgetting the panoramic views from the roof terrace next to the master bedroom. If your ideal holiday involves cooking delicious meals with friends or family and enjoying doing so outdoors, then you'll be just as excited about the outdoor galley as we are. It's basically an extension of the trendy and fully equipped indoor kitchen, to which it has direct access.







It seems that the architect has really paid attention to every detail in this impressively attractive country home. Form follows function: this motto is perfectly embodied by this building with its purist appearance. The straight lines and clear shapes of the long building form a main house with a side wing that houses two separate studios, each with its own bathroom. The studios are connected to the main house, but still form independent units with their own entrances, so that all privacy requirements are catered for. The unique, minimalist interior design in calming shades of beige and white is also reflected in the timeless, high-quality furnishings made from sustainable materials. The design impresses with its simple yet elegant character and is also very cosy. Last but not least, it has wooden furniture, a fireplace and underfloor heating, making the house an excellent place to stay even in the cooler months of the low season. A lift ensures barrier-free access to the bedroom on the upper floor. The trendy bathrooms, which present a matching, harmonious light colour scheme, meet the same requirements and are equipped with walk-in showers.



Relaxation is guaranteed, not least because of the wonderful design and well thought-out architecture that made us fall in love with this place. The location of the villa, whose name pays homage to the nearby dream beach with its Caribbean flair, is perfect. Sun worshippers who prefer to swim naked will also find the perfect spot on the fine sand for several kilometres. Due to the villa's proximity to the country road, which is occasionally audible, you can reach the surrounding inland towns and coastal towns extremely quickly and be inspired by the possibilities, which range from tourist attractions to rural villages. Our verdict on Thalassa dEs Trenc: More than recommendable and an absolute dream location that helps you escape the stress of everyday life.



The newly built Villa Thalassa d'Es Trenc impresses with its purist aesthetics and beautiful outdoor area. The barrier-free house is located in the southern part of the island between Campos and the coastal town of Ses Covetes, where you can combine your shopping with a visit to the beach. This premium property owes its name to its proximity to the dream bay of Es Trenc, which is around 4 kilometres from the villa.
